I’m stocking up my stall for Fakenham Makers Market for 2018 and I’m eager to add some new products. I am very happy to include this tin of six cards. Lovely for a gift!
Untitled – Acrylic and collage on board.
The title of this one escapes me at the moment, has anyone got any ideas! 🙂
Pictures from Yesterday – my new display stands in action.I had a good day so they’ve begun to work for me already! 🙂
I started a new project recently as I’ve been having a constant battle in how to display some of my work at my makers markets. I have been making stands and generally trying to improve the presentation of my stall. Ultimately to try and improve sales!
I’ve had some apple trays for a while, knowing they would come in useful sometime and now they have! I saw something when I was out the other day and just motivated me to see what I could do.
I estimated what other bits of wood I might need which only cost about £10 and I got on with it. Measuring, sawing and painting:-) Yes I’m impressed too!I’ll take a photo of my stall on Saturday to show the stands all finished 🙂
I have had the pleasure to be asked to do a drawing of the nativity to go on the front of the December issue of our church magazine. I am always nervous when I get specific commission especially because of the subject, I didn’t want it to turn out too sweet. I am actually pleased with the result and have used the image for a Christmas card. You can buy the cards from my Etsy Shop! 🙂
I love repeat pattern. I’m very happy to show you more of my printing I’ve been doing recently, experimenting with a new block, all on recycled paper.
I just made these super dragonfly print cards and wanted to share them with you.I had made the blue background on my Gelli plate and decided to block print on top of it with the same dragonfly block I already used and while the ink was still wet added a little sprinkle of glitter! Cut to size and mounted on recycled board with a little addition with my John Bull printing set and they’re good to go! 🙂
