Rubber Stamps out of Erasers

A brief interlude – my first attempt at making my own rubber stamps…Eraiser Stamp….and I’m liking it! 🙂

  1. Hello there Debbie, love your stamp. Did you buy the Speed Ball Carve block or is your stamp a large rubber. I have been making small stamps from normal sized rubbers, but it is tricky cutting them out as I only have a cutter blade. Tend to cut bits I don’t want to. I love them though.

  2. Great idea and excellent result. I must try this myself. I started art journaling this year and am about to embark on creating my own stamps from lino (as I do lino block printing) but using erasers would be a much more economical way to achieve the same result than using my more expensive lino blocks cut down.

      • Well it’s fun stamps I was planning on making and it would preserve my expensive Lino for my block printing so I think I will give it a whirl and see how it turns out. Thanks for the inspiration.
