Indian Wooden Print Blocks

Well, my bargain for the month are these lovely wooden print blocks, bought at a very good price on a well known auction site, very pleased with my purchase!

I want to use these along side my own blocks, I think the combination is good.

Glazed Pot

Some of you may remember that when I had an open studio with my friend Sarah a while ago we did some clay work. One of the things I produced was this. It had been fired for me and was waiting for the next stage.

Well, I spent a day with her last week and finally started glazing it. It won’t be those sweet shop colours when it comes out of the kiln, the glazes brighten up. So I don’t really know what it’s going to come out like, but fingers crossed!

I am also proud to say I made this jug, with only a little Help!

Can’t wait to spend some more time with her.

Sunday at Castle Acre

Had a really nice day at Castle Acre fair on Sunday, did very well with my Valentines cards,
here is my stall, looking good!

Had some of Mr. O’s collages out too.

The most exciting thing that happened was that I sold the heart shaped valentine book I made …..

…..someones going to be very happy on valentines day!
