More weaving

Carrying on my weaving experiments with wire I have made some jewellery. I really like the process of weaving with different things it’s quite theaputic.

The wire I used to make these is what is found on the inside of telephone cable. If you would like to see the jewellery up close I will have them on display at my open studio at the weekend. (or maybe wearing them!)

Jewellery design

With similar inspiration to the art I’ve posted so far I’ve designed some fab jewellery.  Here are some matching earings and choker. They are made using small plastic discs and applying paint with a pallete knife then I’ve added some foil to finish off the designs.
